Quint Research is a Sole Proprietorship Business owned in and operated from India. All our servers and databases are located and stored in Bulgaria.

This privacy policy describes the information collected by Quint Research (“we,” “us,” or “our”), how we collect information, how that information may be used, and with whom it may be shared. By accessing or using our website, including any subpages, directories, collectively the “Website”, participating in our surveys, and/or using other products or services we may provide, you are accepting the practices set forth in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, then you must not access or use the Services. Our Services may be offered through or in connection with third party websites and when you enter our system to participate in the Services you are leaving the third party website through which you accessed the Services.

Collection and Use of Personal Information
We collect any information that you submit or provide to us in any way. If you do not want to provide such information to us you should not participate in our surveys thereon. The information we collect is used to improve the content and the quality of our Services. We DO NOT sell, disclose or lease our members personal information to any other entity, except under the following instances set out below:

Automated Information Collection : Some of your data is automatically collected by our system such as your IP Address, browser type and version, time zone, Operating System and Platform.

Survey Responses : We share only non-identifiable and aggregated informations to our clients. All responses you provide in connection with surveys and/or other services powered by third party must be governed by their own terms, conditions, legal notices and privacy policy, for which Quint Research have no responsibility.

Market Research Companies : We may share personal information and demographic information such as a unique identification name or number, age, gender, postal code, marital status, education, ethnicity/race (where permitted by applicable law), employment related information and non-personal identifiable information relating to household members with third party market research companies. The Third Party market research Companies may share your personal information and social-demographic information with their clients or vendors. We may share your email address with few Third Party market reserach Companies which require to identify you as an unique respondent. All Survey Responses, personal information, and social-demographic information that we collect from you are associated with your username or uid. If you are eligible for a survey opportunity, the Third Party market research Company will provide your username and a survey link to us and we will share such link with you through survey router available which you access from third party rewards website. In connection with the sharing of your information with a third party market research company, your information may be transferred and stored outside of your country of residence, and by agreeing to this Privacy Policy you are agreeing to the processing and exportation of your personal information as set forth in this Section.

We may share certain personal data and non-personal data with third parties for various purposes, including, without limitation, identifying third party survey opportunities for you, facilitating your participation in a third party survey(s), tracking your survey activity, addressing survey quality issues, and incentive/reward fulfillment. As some of these third parties may reside outside of the European Union/European Economic Area, your personal data and non-personal data may be transferred, processed, and stored outside of the country in which you reside, including to/in the United States.

Legal : We and/or our service providers may provide your personal information in response to a search warrant or other legally valid inquiry or order, or to an investigative body in the case of a breach of an agreement or contravention of law, or as otherwise required by law. We may also disclose personal information in collecting a debt owed by you, or otherwise where necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of our legal claims.

The processing of the personal data, the specific purposes for the processing, the legal basis for the processing are described below, and for how long we store your personal data is described below:

a) Your E-mail Address: We collect and process your email address to validate that the user entering in our system is a real person. We do this as it is necessary for our performance of a contract where you as a user are a party. We also use your e-mail to generate an "UID (Unique User ID)" to tie up all your details at one place.

b) Your Age or Date of Birth: Most of our surveys are age targetted, as this is a necessary data to match you with surveys, we collect and process your Age/DoB for our performance of a contract where you as a user are a party.

c) Regional Details: Most of our surveys are Region targetted, as this is a necessary data to match you with surveys, we collect and process your Regional Data such as City, State, Postal Code and your Country for our performance of a contract where you as a user are a party.

d) Income and Professional Details: Some of the surveys require to target respondents on the basis of Income or Profession, as this is a necessary data to match you with surveys, we collect and process your Income Range and Professional Details for our performance of a contract where you as a user are a party.

e) Other Pre-Screening or Profiling Details: All other data we collect from you thorugh our pre-screening survey or profiling survey may be processed and shared with our survey partners so that we can match you with surveys fitting your profile.

WE DO NOT SHARE YOUR NAME OR PHONE NUMBER TO ANY OF OUR SURVEY PARTNERS OR CLIENTS

Please do note that all data we collect from you may or may not be processed outside of your geographical location (City, State or Country) for performance of our services.

So Basically, all datapoints we collect and process are neccessary for matching you with surveys and for our performance of a contract where you as a user are a party. By agreeing to our privacy policy and continue using our service, you agree that we may collect and share all data you have provided us to perform our services and to provide better services to you.

Your Right Toward us as a User:
a) Right to be Forgotten (Opt-Out):
You have the right to request to delete your personal data that we might process. We will delete the data as soon as possible, but at least within 2 to 4 Weeks time. If the personal data is required for fulfillment of our contractual duties towards you or to preserve it with legal ground, we will however not delete the information until the data is no longer needed. We will also, without your explicit demand, delete such personal data that we have collected but do not longer have a lawful right to process. We will inform you about this, if it would occur.

b) Right to Access:
You have the right to access your personal data which you have provided to us or recieve it in digital form at any time you want. Access to collected personal data is available upon request. We will provide you with access to your personal data as soon as possible, but at least within 7 to 15 days time upon receipt of such request followed by a short verification process.

c) Right of Rectification:
You as an user have right to get your data rectified at any point of time. If you think there is any data which is innacurate or if there is any incomplete data, you may contact us and get your data updated or rectified. We will rectify/update your data as soon as possible, but at least within 7 to 15 days time upon receipt of such request followed by a short verification process.

d) Right to Object:
You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning you. This can be done when the personal data is processed as part of automated decision-making, including profiling, and direct marketing, if such processing would be carried out (see "Personal data that we process above).

This Privacy Policy is also applicable to residents of California. We have framed this privacy policy keeping in mind the laws of California Consumers Privacy Act (CCPA). If you are a California Resident and you do not agree to our Privacy Policy stated here, we would request you not to participate in surveys by Quint Reserach. If you continue using our services and participate in Market Research Studies by Quint Research you agree that you have provided your consent to Collection and Use of your personal information as stated in this privacy policy.

As a research participant, you may voluntarily share your personal information with us, including your name and email address. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA), California residents have certain special rights related to their personal information.
